1) I have had a ibook/macbook (not sure which one) G4 12" screen for the last 3 years and I am currently having problems as it is very slow and I believe it needs a new operating system as any software I would like to put on it diesn't work. Also programs like the iplayer and youtube do not work on it so I think it needs a total upgrade. If you could help me with this it would be very much appreciated.

2) my daughter spilt orange juice over the keypad & the machine stopped working,i have taken the battery out and removed the keypad to dry it out but still nothing,can you help??? regards T matthews

4) I'm experiencing a problem with my macbook pro screen: horizontal and vertical lines appearing frequently. When working the screen functions as normal and as the 'lines' appear/disappear with movement of the screen, I'm assuming that there is a worn/loose connection. It's the 15" aluminium model, approximately 18 months old.I would be grateful if you would contact me with your thoughts as to the problem and advice on repair.

When I tuen my macbook on, it is stuck on the original grey screen. Eventually a folder with a question mark starts blinking in the middle of the screen, and at this point the engine starts overheating
